Title: Life Saver
Review: These are worth the price! I only take it when I need it. Today was one of those days. I spent far too long trying to go and have an angry hemorrhoid for my effort. They work in 3 hours or so. I couldn’t go for the life of me while I was home for lunch. Mixed some up and brought it back to work with me. By the time I finished my dinner I had success. This is a lifesaver. If you’ve ever been really truly constipated, you know how uncomfortable it is.When I first bought these and saw they were flavorless I thought “Yeah okay”. They truly are. I usually put mine in Gatorade in a blender bottle but I have tried in just water also to test that statement. They truly are tasteless- I don’t know how but they are. You really could put this in anything you wanted.It is also very worth noting that this will not make you sh!t like a shark. Just a normal poop. No cramps, no diarrhea, you just feel like you have to poop and that’s it. This IS NOT a laxative, so if that’s what you’re looking for this isn’t it. I mean I guess if you took the whole box all at once you might get that result but if you follow the directions you won’t. I have a very sensitive stomach so I was worried about this. This is truly magic and I will never be without it! I love the little to go packs

Title: easy way to get additional fiber
Review: I add to my regular flavored drinks and never even know it’s there. After gallbladder surgery this was very helpful as my system adjusted. They come in flavored options but I like the flexibility of non flavored so I can just add to whatever I want.

Review: Was recommended this product by a friend. My son struggles with the toilet and usually will refuse to take anything to help. Thisproduct is flavourless and can be added to diluted juice. Half a sachet was taken and he was able to go to the toilet with no problem. It is expensive but worth it. 5*
