Review: These ice/ heat bags are perfect. The different sizes are wonderful. Great quality and very durable. I’ve only tried with ice so far and it stayed cold foe a long time. No leaks, no smells and the velcro strap is a great addition. The bags are helping a lot with icing my sciatic pain. Easy to use.

Review: Bought these to help with pain after total knee replacement surgery. Follow the recommendations for water and isopropyl and you’ll have the best ice pack ever. Cold, flexible, long lasting and re-freeze quite fast. The accompanying strap is a bonus. Keeps in place as I’m relaxing.

Review: These are amazing. Great quality, great difference in size making them very versatile. The black band is a life saver. Works very well on legs and arms, great adjustability for different sizes. Good color. Keep cold a long time. Freezes well and hasn’t punctured any holes. no leaking from screw top. Overall great ice bags for head to toe. great for kids also with the small one. Great for post surgery. These are one of the best ice bags I’ve had. defiantly a household essential.

Review: I have used Ice Bags from Walgreens for a couple years and liquid seeps through them as the salt water that I use melts. That bag is about the size of the mid-size bag of this Amazon set.I injured rotator cuffs on both shoulders, so ice down at least twice / day to deal w/ pain and inflamation. The large bag is great, staying cold for quite awhile due to the volume it holds.I have found that salt water w/ 22% kosher salt will not freeze solid in the freezer, staying flexible to mold around the shoulders. No lumpy ice cubes… It also gets colder than ice in the freezer, so longer usage time. The large bag holds approx 1,000 grams water, mixed w/ 220 grams kosher salt. When it ceases being cold enough, I just pop it back in the freezer.I keep the mid-size bag in the freezer to alternate w/ the big bag, when it’s refreezing. I haven’t used the small bag yet. The elastic strap to hold bags in place can be useful.Best of all…these bags don’t leak cold salt water over my shoulders, as the Walgreens bags did! They get so cold, there’s a bit of condensation on the bag, but doesn’t result in getting wet shirt.Cold gel packs are worthless, especially compared to the salt water ice packs. They don’t get, or stay, cold enough to be useful, especially for rotator cuff injury.I Highly Recommend this 3 pack of Ice Bags!!!

Review: Bought these hoping they might work for hot feet and restless legs during the night – THEY ARE PERFECT! I fill up the big one with water and ice and keep it at the bottom of the bed when I go to sleep. Very effective for those annoying hot flashes! Great value/quality.
