Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust has partnered with women’s health provider, Aneira Health, to develop an AI-enabled women’s healthcare service for staff.
The workplace service is planned to start in spring 2025 amongst a cohort of 1,000 women at the trust to improve access, experience and health outcomes for female staff.
It includes digital support and an app which allows patients to speak to a personal care coordinator, receive test results and manage their health plan.

“The health and wellbeing of our staff is incredibly important to us, and we hope that this healthcare offer will transform how better women’s health is delivered in the future.”

Aneira patients receive a snapshot of their health, called a baseline – which tests hormones, blood markers, and vitals, alongside health records and questionnaires.
Members are offered a DNA test covering their entire genome, which is used to calculate their genetic risk for conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome, high cholesterol and obesity.
AI is used to analyse test results to speed up diagnosis, to provide proactive suggestions and combine with real-time health data to create personalised care pathways.
In a press release, Aneira Health said that the initial offer aims to provide Guy’s and St Thomas’ staff with convenient healthcare designed around their needs, “empowering them to take charge of their health with confidence”.

“By investing in the health of NHS staff, we’re not just supporting individuals—we’re strengthening the entire healthcare system from the inside out.”
Aneira Health’s clinical scope spans primary and preventative care, specialty women’s health care and chronic health management.
