   A great multivitamin for women
   I love this multi vitamin. As a woman who just turned 50, I was looking for a well rounded vitamin. It sustains my energy all day when I take it in the morning. They’re pretty strong, so I take them just after a meal otherwise I experience strong nausea. Highly recommend!

   Solid Supplement, But Pills Are Huge
   provides great coverage for daily health, and I’ve noticed a boost in energy and overall well-being. However, the pills are quite large, making them difficult to swallow for some people.Despite the size, they’re effective and easy to incorporate into your routine, but the large size is a downside.

   Great vitamin
   The vitamins do not taste good but they have kept me healthy. They are effective is getting me vitamins and nutrients that I need. They are not too big making them easy to swallow. Does not affect my focus or weight. Definitely need to be taken with food so you don’t get nauseous

   Makes me nauseous when taking two tables in the morning, it does give more energy but I already threw up once in public from it. I’ll try taking half the dose

   Good vitamins
   I’ve been taking this product for around nine months, and I don’t get an aftertaste later or belch after the capsule dissolves. My vitamin levels are always right on point when I have blood drawn, and I feel good.

    I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.
