Title: Calming.

Title: Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep!
Review: I tried this out of desperation, when I kept having trouble falling asleep, or awakening after a few hours, and literally tossing and turning for a few more. I was groggy the next day, and miserable. I did try (I can’t name it or this review won’t be posted) an occasional natural OTC sleep aid, which helped me to fall asleep, but I still awakened later. I saw an ad for gummies that would help with sleep, that had CBD, but they were very expensive, so I thought I’d try this. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, and I thought I might be throwing my money away. However, wow, it works!! I put a dropperful under my tongue, and for me hold it there a whole minute. (I have tori under my tongue, and so the surface area is decreased, so I need more time, for most people likely the recommended 30 seconds would be perfect.) Then I swallow it, and while it’s not the best taste in the world, it’s not horrible either. I would imagine that most oils would taste similar, and it doesn’t take long and the taste is gone. I usually go to sleep (after reading) 30 minutes to an hour after, and I fall asleep much easier. The best part is during the night though! Yes, I have awakened at night still, and had that “oh crap” feeling when I do, and wondering how long I’ll be awake. The answer is, not long at all! I’ve been able to go back to sleep, and I’m guessing I haven’t been awake longer than ten minutes, vs the few hours it used to be. I honestly don’t know how it helps, and I know that some people say it doesn’t work for them, but for me it is amazing, and I am recommending it to everyone I know, who has trouble with sleep!

Title: Yuck
Review: It has the most fishiest taste and it doesn’t go away. You burp it up for a couple hours after you take it. It works, but it’s nasty.

Title: Almost instant pain relief
Review: So I’ve never used hemp oil before, and I was skeptical of how effective it would work.I’ve been having some shoulder and neck pain, and while I wait to get into the chiropractor about it, I got this hemp oil.I tried it orally like the directions instructed, it also said you could use it topically though (taste was yucky, but I’m not worried that), and while I did not feel a decrease with the pain in my shoulder/neck for the rest of the evening, I had a fantastic sleep without any noticeable pain. I did when I woke up though. So I tried it topically and, WOW, I was impressed by how quickly the pain diminished, like within 5 minutes, and I didn’t have any problems for almost FIVE HOURS. It was fantastic.I haven’t seen or had any irritation with the spot I’ve applied it to, but if I do, I’ll update the review. 👍

Title: Hurt my mouth and tongue
Review: I bought this stuff because I ran out of the one hemp oil I usually use. I figured I would try this stuff Let while I wait for my other brand to stock. I used the product as directed under tongue for 30 seconds and it tasted way different then charlottes web hemp extract oil. about 4 days later my tongue started feeling weird. Now it’s very sore and swollen to the point I can barely eat anything. Obviously I stopped taking it. I am questioning whether or not it’s really hemp extract oil or if its cheap hemp seed oil. Big difference. don’t buy this stuff if there’s any chance that your body reacts negatively to certain ingredients.
