Jason began his career as a scientist with the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, subsequently transitioning to a successful international career in the supply chain sector. He spent 30 years with Colgate-Palmolive, where he held diverse roles across both supply and demand functions in the UK, South Pacific, and North America.

His senior leadership experience primarily focused on Customer Service & Logistics. Prior to his retirement, Jason spearheaded the creation and leadership of the company’s global supply chain analytics function. In this role, he prioritised building robust analytics capabilities by developing data literacy capabilities across the organisation and driving digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain.
