Painful or stiff feet?
Here are two movements that can help to loosen up your feet and making activities like walking easier ✅
Your foot is made up a bunch of small bones and muscles. These movements help to work these small muscles to give your foot more support.
Muscle support acts sometimes like your shoes do. Giving your arch and the rest of your foot needed support 🙌🏼
If these feel good to you, do them when you remember- watching tv, sitting in the car, sitting at your desk, etc.
Try for 8-10 repetitions of each as long as they feel good 🙌🏼
Repeat up to 3 times throughout the day 💪🏽
