    Works great!
    Does the trick! I suggest drinking at night for first thing in the morning relief, then you can go about your day bc once it’s done it’s done. Doesn’t linger all day, which I love.Of course, we all react differently to things so I would recommend allowing yourself plenty of time the first time to see how your body responds to it. Maybe try it on a weekend or a day you don’t have to work or have obligations.The tea itself tastes great. It has a good flavor, but of course you can add to it or even mix it with a lemon & echinacea tea like I do with some honey and fresh lemon and orange. Or whatever you like.It’s a great value and is a good quality brand all around. Would highly recommend, as it works better than any pill or powder I’ve personally tried.

    Works. I have tried everything and nothing really worked for me. And if it actually did work, the cramping was a nightmare. This worked and I have no cramps. The taste isn’t horrible but it’s definitely not a sipping tea. I recommend drinking it warm. Not hot because you can’t drink it fast enough. Not cold because the eww flavors come out. Drinking it warm the taste isn’t as bad and you can just down it without burning your throat.

    This tea is effective and helps flush out your system. It has a very light taste. A good solid selection to keep in rotation if you’re a tea drinker.

    works every single time
    I’ve been suffering from severe IMO for nearly four years now. A lovely side effect is low motility (and, thus, constipation for days). Nothing worked to clear me out—doctor gave me magnesium citrate, aloe vera, all the stuff that is supposed to make you go naturally, and I got zero results until I started using Smooth Move. Obviously, you aren’t supposed to use this long term; however, when dealing with something as severe as IMO, it has become a life saver for me. So, thank you to this lovely brand for saving me a lot of pain.I take it at night (1-2 tablets, or the tea steeped for 15 mins) and you wake up in the morning and completely clear out every single time. Tea tastes great, the supplement tastes like nothing. I don’t find that I have massive cramping but occasional cramping/urgency does happen when you haven’t eaten enough the day before. Of course, everyone is different, but I find it’s worked the same way for everyone in my family. It’s strong but not overpowering as long as it’s taken in the correct dosage. My recommendation is for severe constipation is 2 tablets or a tea bag steeped for 15 mins, low grade constipation, likely need 1 tablet. But I’d say it may vary per person. Test it out.I also find Traditional Medicinals to be a trustworthy/effective brand. I’ve used a lot of their other teas and see results every time, so this is a permanent go-to company for me.

    Effective but strong taste
    The tea works, but the taste is quite strong and can be a bit harsh. It does help with occasional constipation, though the effects can sometimes be unpredictable. Decent, but not my favorite.

    I love this product if you’re like me and you have gut problems or constipation problems this will get you right I have a cup at night and if I’m really having issues, I will use two teabags. It’s got a good taste little sweet taste to it. it doesn’t taste earthy at all if that’s what you’re worried about This will 1000%. Have you moving in the morning!!

    This is good stuff. It really works.
    I’ve been using this forever great stuff if you haven’t tried it really Works read it. Read the directions use as directed. Squeeze those teabags before you drink it because it’ll make the all the goody all the what’s inside. Come out in your tea. Don’t forget to see it for 10 minutes put a lid on it. Something may be foil I over Mine. I boil the water really hot and put my teabag in and put a piece of foil on top wait 10 minutes I have to wait for it to cool but squeeze those teabags before you drink it. I use mine before bed. That’s a good idea.
