Title: Great product
Review: This is a pretty solid pre workout. I’ve always been a high-stim pre workout person, and I started out using their extreme pre workout, but decided to take a step back from that and moved to this pre workout instead. It’s a little less intense from their extreme, but it still packs an intense punch. The caffeine content is high, the taste is actually pretty good, it usually lasts my entire workout without feeling bloated or fatigued as some other products on the market have a tendency to do, the price point is reasonable for the servings you get, and the pump you get is phenomenal. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is in the gym on a daily basis and wants to maximize their workouts. If gains are your overall goal, this will help get you there for sure.

Title: Great pre workout.
Review: The taste is a little sour but, good flavor. It’s great as a pre-workout for normal days and add a little more and it’s a great motivator and energy boost to get your butt in the gym on lazy days.It mixs well, doesn’t give me the gitters even on days I use a little more in my drink. But everyone is different. Doesn’t upset my stomach, good strength, I have not researched the ingredients.Absolutely would recommendI am neither paid or compensated for my reviews. 100% authentic honest reviews

Review: I will be writing a review on a type of pre-workout. Pre-workout is a way to get caffeine and different vitamins to help you during and after a workout. ALPHA LION is a company that I was recommended to by a close friend of mine. They sell their products on Amazon which is the website I get my supply from. I have been using this product for over nine months now, so I am more than qualified to write a review on their product. ALPHA LION has numerous different benefits on why I like to use this product. Some of the varied reasons I chose to use this product are the flavors, the pricing and fast shipping, and the different ingredients inside the pre-workout.Next, I am going to describe the pricing of this pre-workout compared to others. ALPHA LION is relatively cheap, and their product comes in varied sizes and servings. For example, on Amazon you can buy their pre-workout for twenty dollars for thirty servings. Compared to another brand like GHOST, their pre-workout is twenty-seven dollars for thirty servings. ALPHA LION also has better ingredients than GHOST that I prefer; I will describe these ingredients in the next paragraph. Thanks to Amazon Prime, I can get this pre-workout delivered the same day for free. This is convenient because I do not always have access to my car.ALPHA LION pre-workout has plenty of assorted flavors for consumers to try. Some examples: blue razzberries, fruit punch, grape, sour apple, and plenty others. My personal favorite is blue razzberries because I like blue. Compared to other companies, ALPHA LION has pre-workout that tastes good and is not gritty when mixed with water. Other companies’ pre-workout has a gritty taste to their product, and they have a nasty aftertaste. When it comes to selecting a pre-workout, selecting the one with beneficial ingredients is especially important. The reason I chose this pre-workout and why it stood out to me is because of creatine. Creatine is a compound that comes from amino acids. It is naturally forming and helps your muscles hold more water. Very few pre-workout brands have this ingredient, so this makes ALPHA LION pre-workout stand out. The pre-workout has dyes or other unnatural coloring which some people may not like. There are great ingredients that increase muscle recovery which is great for after going to the gym. In conclusion, ALPHA LION pre-workout is a great one to pick and start using for the gym. It has numerous different benefits promoting muscle growth and recovery. The pre-workout has various flavors and sizes. I heavily recommend this to anyone starting out in the gym and needs a pick me up; The pricing on the pre-workout makes it very affordable for just about anybody.

Title: Good budget wise that contains a good amount of creatine and not too much caffeine
Review: This fits my want – at 1 scoop with 2,500 mg Creatine Monohydrate, others helpful stuff, and 167.5mg caffeine. Good taste and mixes fast. I consider myself a middle aged, intermediate lifter, and this is helpful. Even if I don’t feel like lifting, take this and start and will get into it. Lasts maybe 2 hours. I drink a few cups of coffee at work, and this still gives a kick when working out after but can still sleep at night.Only negative is that the powder can crumble up in the container over time (prob get moister in it where I don’t seal it properly).

Title: Taste is ok but gives you nice energy
Review: This is the first time i have tried this brand and the taste compared to other pre workouts I have tried isn’t that great but I am very please with how I feel when I’m working out! The taste isn’t terrible either So 4 stars overall. I would definitely order it again*** update. Well since I didn’t like the taste of the first flavor I tried blue Raz and I had to drop the pre workout overall to a 3 star. Again the taste just isn’t there especially with so many good brands out there with great taste probably will move on after this container! workout energy is fine I really like it but i also notice somewhat of a crash after. Anyway if you’re a regular lifter you know there are a billion brands out there. This one just wasn’t for me

Title: Great Value
Review: I bought this for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it. He is very into going to the gym and working out and taking supplements. He loves how easy this was to prepare, no issues with dissolvability. He said the flavor was great. He also like how easy it was to use the product; it was easy to scoop out with little to no mess.

Title: Love this pre workout formula
Review: I love this pre workout powder drink, it exceeded my expectations. I can easily work out for 11/2 – 2 hours after drinking this and perform my best. I also love that it has creatine in it. Sometimes I do feel a hard crash after it wears off, but overall I highly recommend.
