Since 2019, Andrew has been Head of Operations – GC Team at The Co-op. Before joining the Co-op, Andrew worked for Sainsbury.
At both Co-op and Sainsbury, he has worked in both operational and people roles.
The operational roles have given him experience in retail food stores and logistics operations. His most recent people roles were focused on organisational design and development.
Andrew is also Chair of Governors at Co-op Academy Swinton and leads on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Andrew joined the Oral Health Foundations Board of Trustees in July 2024.
