Ian is currently the Chief Information Officer for Dental and Cromwell Hospital at Bupa, having joined in 2019. Bupa have around 390 Dental Practices across UK and ROI.
Ian studied Business Information Technology at University, his entire career has been spent in Technology, working across Retail, Education, Consulting and now Healthcare.
Customer-centricity and digital transformation has been paramount in all industries.
Ian has worked for companies such as House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, ASDA, and Waitrose, holding many different roles over the years from Service Desk to Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager and now over 10 years executive leadership.
