Review: GreeNatr Magnesium Complex Supplement – Magnesium Supplements with Glycinate, Citrate, Malate & Oxide – Magnesium Tablets for Digestion, Sleep, Heart Health, & Energy – Magnesium Vitamins 120 Counts.I take magnesium with the hope of helping with pain and sleeping. I think it helps with sleeping but I can’t say I have seen a big help with pain. The pills are a little large but were easy to swallow which is a plus. The GreeNatr capsules are large but I was pleased how easy they were to swallow.Everyone is different but I think if you try them you might find some benefit.

Review: My doctor told me to start taking magnesium supplements. When I saw these I decided to give them a try. They are high potency and even though the capsules are a little bit large they are very easy to swallow.

Review: This is my review for GreeNatr Magnesium Supplements with Glycinate, Citrate, Malate & Oxide – 120 Counts.I like how magnesium supplements are now combining different forms of magnesium in 1 formula. In the past we only had 1 type of magnesium in a supplement formula. It was only labeled magnesium. You didn’t know what kind of magnesium you were getting. But then, also, we didn’t realize how many forms of magnesium there are. I am very happy to be educated now thanks to some brands actually listing the different magnesium forms in their supplement like GreeNatr. I don’t know how this works but I thought for sure, my previous 1 form of magnesium was helping me get good sleep, but I found that this Magnesium Complex helped me sleep sounder and longer! I appreciate the fact that these supplements are made in the USA and are Lab tested and have been manufactured in a cGMP facility. I am also happy to see they have addresses in the USA and that they have email and phone number to communicate with them. The only thing that is confusing me is that the bottle states the suggested serving is 2 capsule which = 500mg. Presumably this would be a 60 day supply. However, the promo on this site for this supplement states, in bold letters, “All your Magnesium needs in just 1 daily 500mg capsule” ? and ” 4 Month Supply” ? So, I am not sure how many capsules are we really supposed to take to equal 500Mg, ?

Title: Large capsules but not difficult swallow

The primary thing I look for in a magnesium supplement (or in any supplement) is how hard it is to swallow. The GreeNatr capsules are large but I was pleased how easy they were to swallow. I really can’t really tell if these help with my cramps better than other magnesium products I have been taking.

Title: Very good comprehensive magnesium supplement!
Review: I’ve been taking the GreeNatr magnesium complex for around two weeks now and have been very pleased with the benefits I’ve experienced while using it.Different forms of magnesium are purported to benefit different functions of the body, and I feel that it’s helped with my own muscle fatigue as well as digestive regularity. The capsules are a very manageable size and have no smell, I’ve experienced no unexpected effects from this supplement.I’ve always wanted to add magnesium to my supplement regimen and have always struggled with keeping in mind which for, is best for what. I love that this supplement gives me a rounded out, balanced combination of the preferred magnesium forms in one 2 capsule daily dose and will continue to use this as part of my daily routine!
