The much-anticipated Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, is set to hit theaters on February 7 next year. The film’s makers have given us a tantalizing glimpse of the lead couple in the second single before the official release. The song, Shiva Shakti, will pay homage to the timeless bond between the Goddess and God, adding to the excitement for the film’s release.
The second single from Thandel, ‘Shiva Shakti ‘, will be launched on December 22 in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil, among other languages. The song’s grand launch at Kashi’s ‘Divine Ghats’ is a nod to its spiritual theme, aiming to connect the audience with the divine essence of the film.
While Naga Chaitanya made the announcement, he wrote, “Can’t wait to share with you the gentle fury of Shiva and Shakti coming together #Thandel 2nd song #ShivaShakti on 22nd December in Telugu, Hindi & Tamil. Grand Launch at the Divine Ghats of Kashi. A ‘Rockstar’ @ThisIsDSP divine trance.”
The actor also shared a new song poster featuring him and Sai Pallavi. In a posture similar to Shiva and Parvathi, the two are pictured intensely staring into each other’s eyes.
The Srikakulam region serves as the film’s setting. In Thandel, the life of a local fisherman caught in foreign waters is narrated. The movie presents his incredible survival story and struggles to return to his family. Kishore Raju and Sundip Ved are anticipated to play important roles in Thandel, which Chandoo Mondeti directs.
