Review: Recently my wife’s Doctor suggested that she add Tamerick to her diet. She was having problems with her blood and the took her off of one item and recommended Tamerick, she is happy that this is helping her keep her blood in the right order.

Title: Nice to use non-chemical based supplements
Review: if you actually take these regularly, you will feel a difference in joints and need any kind of stiffness. She may have joints. I think they’re actually better than glucosamine and at least turmeric is natural because if you ever run out, you can always go and buy the spice and just use it in your cooking

Title: Good Supplement, Lacks Taste
Review: I’ve been taking Nature Made Turmeric Curcumin 500 mg for a while and appreciate its health benefits. It’s easy to swallow and has definitely helped with my joint discomfort. However, I was hoping it might have a more pleasant taste or aftertaste, but it’s pretty bland. That said, it’s still a solid supplement if you’re looking for a convenient way to get your daily dose of turmeric without worrying too much about the flavor.

Title: Nice supplement
Review: I’ve taken turmeric off and on for years. It’s hard to tell if it makes a difference but I like to try to stave off inflammation as much as possible. I like that this has the recommended black pepper in it for added absorption benefits. Good value.
