Title: It provides accurate readings and is easy to read.
Review: Works well and reading seem to be accurate. Allows you to go back a few tests to double check your readings.

Title: Blood pressure monitor for two users.
Review: Very good value for the price, easy to use. The Omron 10 series comes with AC adapter in the box no need to purchase additional one as pointed out by Amazon site when I purchased unit.

Title: Well designed and reasonably priced
Review: UPDATE: (Please note that if you have an irregular pulse/skipped beats or similar, you will likely get an Error msg and no BP reading. This is NOT a defect in the meter.) The Omron BP7450 has just enough features without being overly complex. Setup was easy and there is a switch on the face that toggles between the primary or a ‘guest’ user. There is also a feature called TrueRead which allows the user to take 3 successive readings to obtain an average reading. The 3 readings can be set by the user to allow a gap in time of 60, 90 or 120 seconds between the three successive readings. Up to 200 readings can be stored, which is perfect for allowing your physician to peruse back through your BP history. Regarding accuracy, I use this as a device to give me ‘relative’ data, meaning it will be accurate within an acceptable +/- % range, and show a reasonably accurate pattern of data. Most digital devices can vary from unit to unit in accuracy, so best not to get to fixated on pin-point data There is an Omron app that can be used via your phone or tablet your readings can be stored on the app, however I have not used the app so cannot comment further. Operates on 4 AA batteries OR the included AC adapter. Includes a very clear instruction manual as well. The correct travel/storage case for this unit is the co2crea travel case-$19.95. The co2crea $10.99 case for the BP785/BP786 does not fit the BP7450.

Title: Everything works great except the Bluetooth sync
Review: I have an old reliable Omron 10+ that has served me well for over five years. I have another that is nearly eight years old. When I saw Omron’s new product line, I figured I was ready for a replacement, so I purchased a new upper arm and wrist meter. I’m loving this new Omron 10 so far. The dual display is bright and vivid and I really like how it immediately shows the last reading next to the current reading. It makes it easier to track small changes without the need to sort through the history to do so. The buttons and interface are also intuitive and easy to use.The new body design is a welcomed change. The narrow shape requires less space than my previous Omron 10 meter. I included a photo of the new Omron 10 next to my old 10+ to give an idea of the size and shape differences. I usually take my readings at my desk in my home. I typically had to move my keyboard along with other items to clear space for my older Omron meter. Even then, I usually had to turn my old meter sideways for it to fit on the desk. This new design fits on the desk quite easily with minimum space required. I can now just slide my keyboard back a few inches and instantly have enough space for a reading. The meter is powered by either four AA batteries or AC adapter, both included. Buttons are similar to older Omron models with one exception. Instead of a combo date/time/sync button, there is now a dedicated Bluetooth button on the rear. The new Bluetooth button is much more logical and intuitive to use for sync than the old date/time combo button on my older Omron meters.Accuracy is excellent. As always, I immediately compared it against my doctor’s meter and accuracy is very impressive. It’s even better than my old Omron 10+ which was starting to read a little high likely due to the age of both the meter and cuff. The pump isn’t the quietest when inflating but isn’t overly loud. The cuff fits my arm easily and comfortably. I can’t say enough how much I like the new dual display. If you need to track your readings regularly due to new medications or issues, it really helps with quick comparisons. The Omron app is also new and Bluetooth sync is where the first ding in the armor of this device appears. Apparently, Omron entered into a partnership with Alivecor. The new Omron app not only records blood pressure readings but also records EKG readings from Alivecor devices. I have a Kardia EKG device, so it’s very convenient to have both my blood pressure and EKG readings in one app. The only problem is that Bluetooth performance and sync are shaky at best with this new Omron 10. I’ve never had any problems syncing to the old app with my old Omron 10+ upper arm meter. However, I experience frequent issues syncing this Omron 10 and my new Omron 7 meter to the new app. I frequently either get an error message along with a failed sync or a message incorrectly stating there are no new readings. When the meter does manage to sync it sometimes misses readings or will record new readings despite warning that there are no new readings. Since it happens with both new Omron meters, I believe the app is the culprit. I removed a star solely for the flaky sync because it’s a major feature of this particular model and contributes to the higher price. I’m hoping it will eventually be resolved through app updates.I really like this new Omron 10. If not for the unreliable sync it would easily be a five star review. It’s highly accurate, easy to use and very useful for tracking trends. The spotty sync may be a deal-breaker for some but I’m willing to wait it out a bit and see if it gets addressed without the need to exchange for a new device. I’m willing to extend the benefit of the doubt and be patient due to this being a brand new model but only for so long.

Title: Accurate monitor with nice features
Review: I have a very old Omron blood pressure monitor, which is loud and reacts on any movement with an error. This one works much better. I like the triple reading feature (old monitor also has it) and the app. The arm cuff is on a smaller side and barely fits my arm. But still works. Maybe I will get a bigger cuff later. App allows exporting data in excel format, which is what I need. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. Note, to get accurate results position the cuff correctly, because shifting it more than like 45 degrees from the proper position makes the readings not accurate.

Review: This model of the OMRON BP machine is NOT serviced by OMRON Australia. The machine upon arrival was giving some erroneous BP readings. The service center in Australia was contacted. They stated that since the machine was the latest model (shipped from the USA), the local OMRON service center was unable to help. This is a HUGE problem as this machine was purchased for monitoring a critical health parameter (ie Blood Pressure)!! If the machine is giving inaccurate results (when compared to the doctor’s machine at the local clinic) and the Australian service center is UNABLE to help, then what is the point of buying from Amazon.com.au. Might as well buy from local suppliers of the NOT the latest model. We need Amazon and OMRON to address this problem ASAP!! Does Amazon liaise with local OMRON center to inquire whether the latest version of their (OMRON’s) machine is serviced by them??? Return or exchange of this product is complicated and time consuming and we do need a BP machine that is reliable!!! Please HELP, it is a HEALTH ISSUE!!!
