Helps when I have trouble falling asleep
Of all the different sleep aid products I’ve tried, this one seems to work the best for me. I go through periods where I either can’t fall asleep or manage to fall asleep, only to wake up a few hours later and can’t fall back to sleep. I find I only need one of these capsules even though the recommended dosage is two. One is more than enough for me and helps me get the sleep I need.

Great product for great sleep
This really works! My husband works graveyard shift and sometimes he has difficulty getting the amount of sleep he needs during the day. He’s tried so many products from melatonin to benadryl. I found this supplement and he tried it! Right away he noticed the difference! He won’t do without it now! He says it really helps him sleep deeper and longer than he could before. He takes it about an hour before he heads to bed, and he wakes up feeling rested but not groggy.

Product really helps with your’e sleep
I have been using this product for about 6months now, and am very pleased with the results. Every night I take 2 capsules, and in about 20 minutes, I am sound asleep. I do have to say, I don’t get a full straight 8 hrs, I wake around 3 am. THe rest is a sound and solid sleep, I enjoy having wonderful dreams, which they say is important. My wife is a big advocate in L-thamine and Gaba, and Ashwaganda, and I really feel the calming effects it has on my days.I will continue using this product, and feel it’s worth purchasing and using if your sleep isn’t the way it use to be
