Title: Lovely Little Candles with Cozy Scents
Review: I was looking for some small candles to spread around my apartment and decided to give this 9-pack a try. Overall, I’m pretty happy with them! The scents are well done — the Amber is my favorite, very warm and calming. The Cedarwood has a nice earthy vibe that makes my space feel a little cozier, especially on a rainy day. The Sandalwood Rose is the only one I didn’t love as much. It leans a bit too much toward a strong perfume scent for me, but it might be a hit for others.The jars are a nice amber color with simple labels, and they feel good quality for the price. They’re on the smaller side, so better for bathrooms, bedrooms, or desks rather than trying to scent a big living room. I also appreciate that they’re made from soy wax and clean-burning — no weird chemical smell when they’re lit.For the price, these are a solid buy. They’d make cute little gifts or stocking stuffers too. I’d definitely order again, maybe if they offer different scent combos next time.

Title: Scents are nice, but rather subtle when in use
Review: My family’s tastes in candles vary greatly; my wife and I enjoy beautiful and strongly scented candles while my mother and sister find such vivid scents problematic and even headache or nausea inducing. These candles are probably best suited for the latter tastes – those who enjoy a pleasant but not “In your face” scented candle when burning.They have a very elegant look and are well made (evenly filled with wicks that are cut and placed perfectly). Their amber colored glass and evenly burning wicks give them a calming and elegant look while burning, and their small front label can be turned around so you can see the steady glow unobstructed from the rest of the jar.Their cold throw (the scent released when not burning) is quite nice and noticeable when you open each of them, and they smell exactly like they are described in a very elegant (not obnoxiously perfumed) way. Despite not being fond of either of Tobacco or Vanilla in their other forms, we really like the way the “Tobacco & Vanilla” candle smells – it’s our favorite of the 3 In fact all 3 are scents I suspect both sexes should enjoy as they aren’t floral scents and even the Apple Cinnamon has a very homey scent while the other two could almost be elements of a gentlemen’s cologne.Their hot throw (how they smell while burning) is pleasant, but barely noticeable in 2 of the 3 scents (Apple Cinnamon and Tobacco & Vanilla), while the Amber is a bit stronger. I’ll elaborate on barely noticeable; While burning them for about 2 hours and sitting within a few feet of them much of the time, you occasionally get a whiff of scent and say “that’s nice” but most of the time you need to get right on top of the candle to really notice it’s scent while burning. I thought it might just be me so I preformed a similar test with my spouse who concluded the same (and also found the Amber scented candle to be stronger scented).
