I set up 3 mugs: this gift Trump mug, a Yeti mug, and random, Polar Camel mug.Thermapen. 127’F water with multiple rinse to bring all three to stable, 127’F. Lids closed if they could. The outside of all three stayed at same room temperature, there is an inner and outer wall to this Aurahouse mug.Many hours later: Yeti 99.7’F, Polar Camel 94’F, this Trump mug by mug by Aurahouse was a disappointing 78’F, fully 20’F cooler than the Yeti.It’s fun, the print quality seems good (I have yet to run in dishwasher), the lid closes tight, the straw hole is nice.I would bet the Aurahouse does NOT have a vacuum between the walls of the mug like the other two in my test.If there’s no update to this review, assume the paint survived the dishwasher with no heated drying.
