BLUEHILLS Really Deserves the Credit Here! 🙂 They made a Beautiful and Perfect Diffuser! 🙂 Everything Works so Good, and makes the Whole House Smell Very Nice! What a Real Treat to have this Great Product they brought to the market. I use the Lavender essential oil, which both smells nice I think, and Also gets rid of all bugs, including neighbors occasional cockroaches They “Hate,” the smell of Lavender, and go run off to somewhere else!House is Clean and No Bugs! 🙂 Back to the Diffuser, the wood design is Very Nice, the knob is Sturdy and Well made, and the Different Lights that come on and off, and back on again, are So Relaxing and eye Pleasing to just relax and Mellow out! 😉 Even has a switch in the back if you want to turn the lights off and just have the Beautiful smells of whatever you choose to Enjoy. If you Like Peppermint, that is Very Nice Too, and also, makes any bugs Run away from your Home! 🙂 Nice! I bought this as a two pack due to having a large home. I wanted one upstairs and one downstairs. I was so disappointed at first as one worked and the other seemed to be used and did not work at all. I contacted the company directly. To my surprise, they connected with me immediately and made everything right. Their cusromer service is phenomenal. I was sent a new one immediately and did not have to go through the hassle of a return. My new one arrived today and works perfectly. My home smells amazing and I will order from them again. Highly recommend!!!

This diffuser is MAGNIFICENT!!!I love the way I can use a lot of water and it runs for a long time with a powerful mist. I can also use WAY MORE OIL! Also to note: you get an awesome magical scent effect when you GIVE THE WATER/OIL MIXTURE A GOOD STIR!!! The Living Room smells amazing!!! The touchscreen buttons give it a luxurious edge. Love this!

Love the coverage
I love the size, as my living area is huge with 18′ ceilings. It dispenses as it should high or low as one chooses. The decorative finish looks great on the table. The last Blue Hills 2500 lasted almost 3 years and it was used daily. This one is assembled differently and easier to clean. I enjoy it.

Impossible to clean
We use this diffuser daily rather than burning candles or spraying harmful chemicals but this product does seem much better. I empty it and refill it everyday and clean and wipe it down weekly. Even doing that it still accumulates gunk in the top area where the vapor comes from. This cap is not serviceable or able to be taken apart. Iâve had this product for about 6 months and there is a smell that I cannot get out after cleaning and soaking it in bleach. This product is not suitable for daily use over 6 months in my experience.

Enjoy the large reservoir, control of mist, changing colors. Absolutely recommend, customer service easy to work with. Had about 2 weeks and definitely can tell the difference.

UPDATE: Was a Great Diffuser until…
This is an update to the diffuser which was fine but have discovered several things since I submitted this review. This is a reason why I dislike ordering online. The return period was only two months, if that. I’ll take brick & mortar stores any day over ordering online, even though it’s convenient. That said, I have owned this for 8 months and the diffuser has stopped working. Consequently, I’d like to offer a few additional comments about this diffuser.1) One of the key factors in my deciding to buy this, was that the specs said the lights could be turned off. Technically, that’s true, HOWEVER, even when it’s set to the off position, the button light for the on/off/timer, remains on. It’s an LED blue light and is bright. It lights up the room because it shines through the lid. The light is a blue light, and unless you like LED blue lighting up your bedroom at night, you probably won’t care for this. I’m surprised the makers didn’t think that one through. Sleep experts strongly advise avoiding blue light at night. That’s common knowledge. Even though the light can technically be turned off the button light stays on and fills the diffuser, ultimately defeating the purpose of using it for sleep. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they change this and allow for the diffuser to run on total darkness to eliminate all light or replace the blue light with a red light that doesn’t disrupt the sleep cycle.2) The auto shutoff quit working. I discovered this by accident when I went in to fill my diffuser for the night. I was shocked to find it was still on and hot to the touch after being on the entire night last night, all day today and this evening. It was bone dry and hot. Because there are a couple of table lights on in the room, I didn’t notice that it had failed to shut off and remained on all this time. I shudder to think what could have happened if I had chosen to not use it tonight.3) In my previous review below, I mentioned about the ease in which I could lift the lid off. And for the most part, it wasn’t a real problem, however, I have since discovered several times when the lid stuck to the bottom and getting it off was a real headache, particularly since I have rheumatoid arthritis. Therefore, if you have RA or something similar where your hands aren’t able to open items, I would recommend a different diffuser.I wish I would have waited and allowed more time before reviewing this diffuser. I’m disappointed that I have only used it for 8 months and then it overheated because it didn’t shut off automatically.Original Review: I love diffusing and have tried several types of diffusers. I bought this because I also wanted a diffuser that could also be used as a humidifier. This fits the bill. At first I had concerns that the smooth exterior would make it difficult for me to use. I have severe RA in my hands and find it very difficult to open objects, so when this arrived, I had concerns. I contacted the manufacturer Blue Hills and expressed my concerns. They were ON it immediately and were willing to work with me and help me to find a good diffuser that would not be a problem. As it turned out, this diffuser has worked out great! Even the smooth exterior has not been a problem. It’s easy to lift (for me) and easy to operate. Best part is that the hole where the cord plugs into the unit is not on the bottom like others are. It is on the side towards the bottom which makes plugging and unplugging the unit very easy. With others where the hole has been on the bottom, has caused problems if I filled the unit with water prior to plugging in the unit. This does not present that problem because the plug is easily accessible. This is a great little diffuser/humidifier.

I bought this for my son’s room to provide relaxation at night. It’s up high, never mishandled. It was working ok, then it started getting really weak. I tried everything to make sure it was functioning properly but I am beginning to think it was a huge waste of money. It’s not very nicely made, it’s thin plastic that looks like wood, and now because it’s past thirty days I can’t get anything done. Nice timing. I’m going to keep trying because it’s ridiculous but buyer beware.
