Looks expensive
This Christmas ornament was quite impressive as it looks like it would be very expensive. There is good weight to it and the image had excellent picture quality. Definitely would recommend this product to be a great gift and addition to someone’s holiday decor.

They Kept Promise to Correct Defective Item
I received this product as a defective item. I was upset because I couldn’t believe I paid 30 bucks for a blurry picture and smeared wording across the bottom of the glass. I went to get a refund and amazon said “no refunds”. I was so annoyed that I was getting ripped off that I contacted the seller to tell them what a scam this was. I was planning on getting a refund through my credit card company. I was so broken hearted because this was a first wedding anniversary gift to my husband. The seller responded by apologizing, being empathic, and quickly replacing the ornament with a pristine one. They said it was a printing issue and didn’t make up some lame excuse. I appreciated the honesty and that I wasn’t given the “run around”. My replacement ornament came out beautiful and I am very happy with it…and it came in time before my anniversary date. I feel like this company was reputable, after all.

Quality Ornament!
I love this ornament. I wanted to test it out to see if I would like it as a Christmas gift idea for my clients. I am happy to say I will buy more in bulk for Christmases to come. It is glass, has a nice weight, quality and my picture quality, size, and color turned out perfect! It looks great, thank you so much! I will say, my only nitpicky thing, and it’s minor, the hole was a tad too small for me to get the twine through.
