    Great read for both medical professionals and the general public
    I love this book. As an Integrative MD, the amount of information that I have to sift through to learn what’s important for my patients is immense. Lipski presents her data in a way that is easy to read, assimilate and disseminate to my patients. This book has been very helpful for my practice AND I recommend it to my patients who are interested in higher level learning on their conditions. Way to go!

    Plenty of extremely useful information for people who want to be healthy and happy. This book is easy to read and understand even for a not native English speakers like me. No colorful pictures (although it has a few b/w pictures), but the information itself is very interesting so you will not be bored.
