   Haven’t had diverticulitis in 12 years!
   I cannot say enough nice things or be more grateful for a product. The spasms I was getting in my stomach and rectum were brutal. I would break into a cold sweat, see black, and faint. Later on, the spasms turned into colitis, then diverticulosis—nasty pouches in your lower intestine that accumulate remnants of food that become infected. If it becomes inflamed and breaks, it becomes a life-threatening emergency because the pus gets into your bloodstream and your life is compromised—a condition called sepsis.Took years to realize that I was not digesting what I was eating and that the condition was getting worse—from once a year to three times a year. A colonoscopy showed that I had lymphosidic colitis. I started to jot down what I had eaten when I got sick and a pattern evolved. I was not allergic to anything according to tests, but I was “sensitive” to some foods.These are digestive enzymes that help you digest different types of food: dairy, fats, acids, proteins, etc. It is a miracle pill for me. If I am going to eat something that I know will produce spasms, i.e., tomato sauce, ice cream, I take a pill 30 minutes before eating and another pill after I finish depending on how sensitive to the food I am. I can go to bed knowing that I’m not going to wake up in agonizing pain after midnight.Once you find out what provokes the spasms, you want to stay away from whatever or use your good judgement. Don’t eat the same thing every night and if you do eat ice cream one day, go ahead! Just wait three days before eating it again—even with the pill.It’s expensive, but this product WORKS. Haven’t had a diverticulitis attack or colitis since I’ve been using it—more than 12 years! This is one product that I cannot do without. Thank you Enzymedica!

   Really works
   I have several chronic illnesses that impair and slow digestion, meanwhile my natural flora have been battered by lifesaving antibiotics. Eating was a chore or briefly okay followed by severe symptoms that could last days to weeks. This product has been so helpful and allows me to eat the foods my body needs for repair and recovery. I feel so much safer eating with this on board

   This is my only digestive enzyme…
   I take this every day twice per day.It is the only digestive enzyme as it has something in it to digest everything you consume.So worth the price to not have an upset system!

   I’m taking it for four days but so far far so good. He was taking Creon but it got too expensive in the donut hole. I’m hoping this will work.

   I have used this product for years to help optimize my digestion while healing my gut dysbiosis.Normal acid-reducing medications made a wreck of my gut.These enzymes, combined with dietary restrictions, lifestyle adjustments and customized use of DGL have done wonders for controlling my acid reflux symptoms (hiatal hernia).UPDATE: Continuing to use this product with good results. It is a few years since I wrote the review above, and :-* guess I never submitted it! So here is the update. Removal of gluten completely stopped my reflux. I have no gallbladder so I continue to use this supplement to help with digestion generally. I have also learned more about how badly my health was impacted after being prescribed Cipro and Levaquin, and have been taking measures to heal my mitochondria. All this to say that the ATP which has been added to this formula has probably helped me more than I realized at first. The bottle offers no info as to why they added the ATP complex, neither did this page. But when I stumbled over references to ATP in my study on Fluoroquinolone toxicity and mitochondrial damage, I remembered that this product contained ATP.
