   Whooo baby!!
   This thing is powerful! I seen others for $200 bought this for $50 and it gets the job done!! Very intense deep massage like I need. Masseuse wouldn’t dig deep like I asked and this does! Only con is if you are sensitive and don’t want deep deep tissue massage then this is not for you. Very durable and amazing. Goes perfect along with my foot massager from Bob and brad also purchased from Amazon.

   Good, not perfect
   I like this but find it’s hard to get it to be comfortable when trying to massage neck/shoulders. To get enough pressure I have to hold my arms out all the way which makes the massage not as comfortable. But you can also use it on other body parts like the lower back. I like that the heat option can be turned on or off. Overall it’s held up well to use and is still working great.

   This thing is magical!!
   So I’ve been working from home for the past 9 months, like so many, and my WFH set up is significantly less ergonomic and comfortable than my regular office set up. This has led to quite a bit of hunching and weird positions. I was mostly okay until about a month ago I had a three day headache which no amount of migraine or aspirin would touch. Finally my boyfriend gave me a neck massage and said that he could feel a massive knot at the back of my neck and into my shoulders and that my muscles were insanely tight. That massage relieved my headache, the background neckache that I hadn’t even noticed and I was able to focus again.Now, as kind as he is, a daily massage is probably not going to happen, so I went looking for something that would allow him not to develop carpal tunnel from trying to relieve my pain. Enter this strange looking massage device. I decided to take a risk because it was on sale over Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it seemed like at the very least it could be a heating pad of sorts. It arrived today and I tried it out and the only reason I waited a few hours to write this review was because I had work to do in between. THIS THING IS AMAZING!!!!My neck pain is gone, it works fantastic on the lower back, and it feels like a real human massaging you, but not in a creepy way. The balls moving inside feel quite sturdy so you can press it down on you and it doesn’t feel like it will collapse or anything. It changes direction every minute or so, to make it feel less repetitive. The heat was nice, I didn’t use it on the heat setting for long as I was already warm, but it seems relaxing. I will say you have to shift it around to access different areas, but that’s no different than having a human massage, they can only reach one place at a time.There is a slight motor sound, obviously, which pulses as the balls move, but it’s not super loud. I would say headphones on not very loud would drown it out completely, and it probably wouldn’t wake someone sitting next to the user unless they were a very light sleeper.The quality of the fabric this is wrapped in is fine. It’s not extraordinarily lush, but for the price I was impressed, it seems stitched together fine, and it’s not something that will get intense wear, you use it while you’re sitting, it’s not going to haul firewood, and it probably won’t last 30 years, but I wouldn’t expect it to. It seems well built for what it is.It comes with a regular wall plug (you have to be plugged in to use it, it is NOT battery operated) and a car adapter dongle thing. The wall plug worked fine.In short, if you have some back/neck/lumbar pain or tightness, I 100% recommend this thing. Obviously if you have severe pain or persistent issues you should see a doctor before use, but if you, like me, have hacked together a work from home space that maybe doesn’t encourage the best posture/ergonomic habits and are suffering the consequences, I ABSOLUTELY recommend this little thing. Sure, it’s no substitute for a human massage, but until the pandemic is resolved, in person massages are probably not an option right now, so this little friend makes a good substitute!!

   You’ll forget it’s a machine
   This thing is pretty incredible. At times I almost forget that it’s a massager and not a human masseuse at work on my neck and shoulders!

   Alright massager
   This massager is alright. The biggest drawback is that it has to be plugged in to work. I was mislead to think that it was portable and didn’t need to be plugged in. I thought you could just charge it and then wear it wherever but that is not the case. It does an alright job but I think it has some glitches because it will randomly turn off the heating part or start rotating without clicking anything. The cord isn’t very long either so you have to sit pretty close to a wall to use it. The heating doesn’t get very hot at all. Overall a misleading product.

   Use on a weekly basis. It releases the tension in your neck that can be painful. The heat is temperature is not too hot and the different levels are very gentle on the skin.

    I bought this massager for my hubby who is struggling with neck pain due to two bulging discs that are requiring surgery and he was hoping for some light relief.He seems to like it. Uses it daily. Likes the heat and that you can pull it closer to get a firmer massage.Having used it myself a couple of things I noticed were:- If you have long hair make sure you get every strand tied up as little strands that you have missed will get caught in the balls as they roll.- The buttons to change the settings are quite high up on the ‘arm’ of the massager and so hard to see what you are pressing when you are using it.- The balls change directions after a while- Be careful how firmly you hold it for a deeper massage as I ended up with bruising the next day as I had pulled it too tight against my shoulders.- A bit rough and you might want to put a tea-towel or something between you and the massager if you don’t like the roughness against your skin. Or do it over clothes.- The cord is long, but you still need to have an extension or sit near a socket to use it.Overall happy with the product, has been working well for the last week an even our youngest teenager has been using it daily.
