Title: Good quality!
Review: Amazing tv/fireplace entertainment center! Putting it together took roughly about 4 hours with two people. The off white color looks spectacular. The fireplace looks amazing when lit and its very quiet compared to other ones. It throws out some good heat. Takes a while to get used to the controller. The entertainment center is pretty heavy and sturdy. Highly recommend!

Review: Looks great, and exactly as advertised. The fireplace works well and the multiple settings make it suitable for any situation. It’s a very sturdy product, but the setup is more time consuming than most. It takes longer to build, but in the end feels sturdier than other products. It has a great look and the color matches online very closely.

Title: time consuming
Review: it is a great product there’s no doubt about it but I just wanted to let everyone know that assembly takes longer ……MUCH longer than what people are saying on here . Like it literally took me two days total to assemble but that is doing it completely alone with no help at all so if you can definitely have a friend or someone that can help because its absolutely a PROJECT but in the end worth it!!

Title: Good company quick response
Review: We love the fireplace, but we thought something was missing. So we added two small logs of white birchwood to the inside, and it looks amazing. We also had a piece that was damaged in shipping. We contacted the company and within the next day they sent us a response and let us no our options.We had our new piece within a week.We are very pleased with their customer service.And the product is absolutely beautiful.

Title: Sturdy and Cool but Time-Consuming
Review: This fireplace looks like it came from a furniture store (which is great in my opinion). However, it did take me 8 hours to put together (time starting from unloading the boxes). It is very sturdy and has lots of great functional storage spaces.A lot of reviews mention there are no directions on how to insert the acrylic crystals into the fireplace, BUT THERE IS! It is not in the assembly manual as you would think, but instead is in the Fireplace Homeowner’s Manual (hope this helps). Overall, I love the look of tv stand. My only criticisms is that there is a small gap between the top piece of wood and the small wood piece that separates the middle of the space directly below the top (this may be user error). Also, the cabinet door hinges make the doors scrape against the wood instead of opening flush (again, may be user error).
