   Super Helpful Yoga Class Planner!
   After completing my YTT200 certification, I found this planner/journal to be a great help. Planning with this tool has become an enjoyable task. It allows me to set my intentions, poses, chakras, cues, and breath. It helps me in assisting clients to reduce or enhance postures. Everything is included in this guide, making the process more clear and focused. Notably, it’s a 30-day planner.
