This is the 4th Skylight frame I’ve bought, first one for myself and the first 15” frame. The picture quality is excellent. You set up an email address and email the photos to it. The frame and app walk you through the whole process. Just connect the frame to your Wi-Fi, and you’re good to go.A terrific difference from the smaller frame which provide plastic leg stands, the stand and bracket on this model were metal. Which is a good thing seeing as this is much heavier than the smaller version. There’s also a metal mounting bracket in the box in case you wanna hang this on a wall.These are great to share pictures and videos with anybody anywhere, especially family, who are far away. Once you email a picture to the frame, it appears on your frame seconds later. I’ve run into no issues with storage and we have well over 1000 pictures. I don’t use the motion sensor, but I do use the sleep timer that way the frame isn’t on all night.

I received this exact frame for Christmas from my son and daughter in law and when I opened it my daughter in law said I want one now. I remembered that and bought her the exact same frame for her birthday. It has this great feature that you can load pictures to the frame without opening it. So I’ve reached out to her family to send me pictures including from her mom when she was a little girl and I’ve gathered pictures and have loaded almost 400 pictures to the frame. I know she is going to be overwhelmed with emotions and s happy when she opens it. I’m so excited!I love this frame! I’d recommend it to everyone who wants to give a personal gift that keeps on giving for years and is very personable.

Every family should own this
Family loves this. I have bought 4 of these now. Grand parents love it. I get to keep everyone in the loop and share pictures that would otherwise be lost in the cloud. The app is easy to use. I can control all the frames with little effort. The upload speed is great, picture quality is great and always find myself stopping and looking at the pictures. As you build a good archive, its great reminder that the kids are growing too fast.

Good – But watch out for potentially predatory “PRO” features
I appreciate the ease with which this works. There’s no 1st generation technical jank here, this is a proper consumer product. The screen is nice and bright, it’s easy to use. But there’s stupid choices tied to their pro monetization. Captions are paid for some reason, so are collecting images into Albums. I’m not paying $40 / $48 a year to add captions to my pictures or organize them, and both of these should absolutely be standard. This reeks of “what can we take away to make them pay”. This is already an expensive version of something that has existed for decades.The rest of the Pro features are stuff I won’t use. Video playback, live doodles, cloud features, remote. These however, I would consider value add.

Cómo hacer un restablecimiento completo:1. En la parte trasera de tu Frame, mantén presionado el botón de “Bajar volumen” hasta que aparezca una pantalla que diga “Device Test” (Prueba de dispositivo).2. En la esquina inferior derecha, toca el botón “Recovery” (Recuperación).3. Aparecerá un mensaje preguntándote si deseas recuperar tu dispositivo. Toca “Yes” (Sí).4. Deja que tu Frame funcione durante 2-3 minutos; debería restablecerse a su estado original, tal como estaba al sacarlo de la caja.
