This tea really works! It’s easy on the digestion system. It’s natural and relieves constipation in about 6 hours. It smells good and the taste you can get used to. Works so much better than laxatives.

It works. That’s all there is to it. I am not a fan of tea in general but this wasn’t terrible to me. Bottom line: IT WORKS! Oh and I didn’t feel like I had a laxative (no cramping or discomfort).

Try it! Flavor is Good and Works.
The Smooth move tea works but with varied results. Personally I had to drink three cups a day and that induced cramps. My daughter and her spouse have used it with good results after regulating the intake. Keto constipation is a tough nut to crack. Smooth move may not be up to the job for some doing this plan.That said, the flavor is fine especially with a little stevia. The psyllium husk powder in a smoothie works much better for me. Everyone is different though and Smooth Move works great for some!

This will do it ! Taste isnt divine , but not disgusting either . Bottom line is … it works . Drink late afternoon (at HOME) expect a” smooth move” next morning . I suggest sticking around the house.. this is the gift that keeps on giving for a few hours intermittently 🤣

If you’re reading this, there has to be a reason, so… It may cause a mild cramp, but if you’re backed up you’ll welcome the feeling if it means movement. Let it steep a few minutes, then try to drink it straight, no sweetener.

I have issues and can sometimes be plugged up for 2-3 days, so I have to take something to help relieve. This works very well, but it hurts my intestines so bad I am almost crying hahaha. If this is your first time using, I would recommend not drinking the full cup at first, I think it’s not necessary to drink the whole thing
