    Noticed a difference
    Another update 12/8/21: I have been taken 300mg each morning for a few months now. Over the last three weeks I’ve been noticing a decline in energy, sleep and clarity. It made me wonder if I started to build a tolerance or plateau and need to increase dosage over time. I decided to add an additional 150mg to my original 300mg dosage yesterday morning. I didn’t really notice anything till I woke this morning. I had a little more energy waking up, a little more clarity, and slightly better mood. I had more vivid dreams too. I will say that life has been quite busy of late, and I have been eating quick and easy packaged snack food (mostly processed grains) that doesn’t agree with normal my anti-inflammation/anti grain diet. This is causing painful inflammation which could be causing increased fatigue, brain fog, and low mood. That said, I might have stayed good at the 300mg dose if I was eating better. Hopefully I can get off this merry-go-round after the holidays and go back to eating right and back to my 300mg, as these are expensive. Still they are worth it. Adding this with my AIP diet, I experienced so much more strength and energy. Not a shaky energy, more like heighten motivation to take on the day and do more. For a time I was working out every morning and beginning to quickly see results in muscle tone. Something I haven’t seen in a long while, and something that isn’t supposed to be so easy after 40. I think I just messed things up with eating pizza and grains the past few weeks. Thankfully adding on the 150mg is helping a little.First Update: this is definitely working. It’s subtle but I noticed results the first week of taking it. I’ve been taking this for three weeks now and definitely see a difference in my energy levels. I am getting more done. My thoughts are more organized. I seem to be more motivated as well. Which is huge. I was taking this last year and stopped because I thought they were giving me headaches but I haven’t had any headaches in the three weeks I have been taking this at full 300mg dose. I think the headaches may have been from taking it with Pterostilbene. Not sure. I will have to experiment with the Pterostinbene again and report back. I wish I never stopped taking it, as the results are accumulative I’m sure. I spent most of the spring and summer tired/uninspired; and this was in my drawer the whole time. Live and learn. Definitely worth a try.Original review: I was taking this last year everyday sometimes every other day for a few months and slowly, started to notice more energy, vitality and increased strength endurance. It’s a subtle experience over time. Unfortunately, I also noticed that it gave me headaches sometimes. So I started using half the dose. I purchased some empty gelatin capsules and would fill them with half the powder from the NR capsule. This seemed to help lessen the headaches but was a hassle. Eventually I stopped taking them altogether. Not making the connection until now (4 months later) i went from taking power yoga classes everyday to twice a week. I seem to have more brain fog, less muscle strength and increased fatigue. I don’t think I fully appreciated how well these worked because it’s so subtle. It’s not like you feel it working (like a caffeine rush). Now I’m back to repurchase and see if I can get back the strength, vitality, and clarity I experienced last year. Will definitely update to confirm results. The headaches I got with this could have also been from coupling with other supplements so will experiment there. My advice would be to maybe start with 150mg and work your way up from there.

    Great Supplement!
    After 3 weeks of daily use, here is my review:Day 1 is the worst day. For me it was a strange sensation that I didn’t like. It’s like your cells are waking up and your body has to adjust to this foreign feeling of energy. I took it around 5pm the first day after Amazon delivered and couldn’t sleep. It was a terrible feeling.If you can ride out day 1, I promise day 2 and onwards are amazing! I now take it early in the AM on an empty stomach as soon as I wake. I’ve noticed the strange energy felt more natural now and that my mind is more clear. My sleep also feels more productive when I wake, so I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.Wish you all the best in your health and wellness!

    It takes about 3 months
    Well of course we all wanna grow old gracefully or least try to turn back the hands of time anyway we can, so I been doing some research and this miracle supplement is supposed to do it all infact it seems that our body needs this to keep our body’s going and repairing them selfs what this pill contains is Nicotinamide Riboside NAD for short and what it does is support cellular energy metabolism and repair of vital cellular tissue as we get older are bodies can’t repair as fast as we break it down this is where NAD comes in to keep our body’s it also boost are vitality and a healthy aging heart,also keeps with our brain and plays a great roll in our muscles now according to the 3 month trial with 30 woman and 30 men they showed an increase in cellular energy a stronger heart reading patients claimed they haven’t felt this much energy or have lost weight without trying and there mental focus has never been this high before they felt that there body’s felt stronger with no side effects, that is pretty amazing so after hearing all that and watched the videos I decided to buy some and give it a try I’m already in second month and its real good I’m not nearly as tired as I use to be I mean i have gone to bed after midnight and wake up for work at 5am and wasn’t even tired I had energy to spare and i was feeling great those tests was right my mental focus on problems at work was like childs play ,and i have seen a little difference in my skin where I wasn’t bruising so easy like I have been ,all I can say is I can’t wait till month 3 to see more great results. I will keep you all posted, in the mean time Google NAD and see if this is something you would like to try , i was skeptical my self but now I’m seeing the results that other people have boasted about ..

    IVF recommendation
    I am doing IVF and this was a recommended supplement. My rating is based on packaging quality, ease of taking and product condition. There is no funky pill taste and they go down easy. There seems to be consistency with each pill and the amount inside each capsule. I have had a couple that are squished but not many. Recently I started getting the pills in just an envelope and not in the previous box. So far the glass hasn’t been broken but I think the box packaging was a far better idea. These are extremely expensive and I’m not quite sure it’s worth it since there has been no noticeable difference. I previously had a TBI, brain surgery and stroke. I have epilepsy, significant short term memory loss and severe migraines, due to nerve damage, and I have not noticed any changes in any of these areas or any other neurological function. My neurologists and high risk OBGYN have never heard of it so I wasn’t able to get their opinions. I do get bloodwork regularly as well as MRI’s and I have had a EEG as well and there have been no changes. I have been taking it for a couple months shy of a year now.

    It works
    I have finished my first month and I can already tell a major difference. it took two weeks before I really noticed anything but now I have major energy increases. I feel stronger and I think clearer. I’m about to work all day and still handle extra chores or errands. It does upset my stomach a SMALL amount so I take it early in the morning so I have time to use the bathroom and I’m good the rest of the day.
