   I love this book. It’s been so helpful for planning my weekly classes, preparing for special events, making custom classes for private students, and (especially!) substitute teaching. Disclaimer: I made this book:) so it’s exactly what I would want for planning my Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa classes each week.I teach 5-10 classes/week and I am filling up one class planner workbook every 3 months or so.
