Q. Half of lights don’t work or lights flickering, and remote doesn’t work.
1. Battery Powered – AA Batteries run out. Please replace with new batteries or plug the lights into USB socket to try again.
2. USB Plug – Change another USB socket or adapter (5V,1A-2A)

1. The default lighting mode is OFF. Press the button on the USB plug or use the remote to turn on the lights. (Press “8” on the remote control for steady on mode)
2. Change another USB socket or adapter (5V,1A-2A), or try with AA batteries.
Q. How long do batteries last in wishing ball LED curtain lights?
Theoretically, the battery life is equal to the capacity of the battery divided by the current of the LED light. The maximum output of this light is 300mA. If you use 3 x 1500mAh batteries, it will last at least 4500/300=15 hours.
It may vary in response to battery type and brand(quality).
Q. The remote doesn’t work.
1. Please remove the plastic tab to active the battery and point the remote in the direction of the signal receiver(USB plug) to control it.
2. Since these are IR (infrared) they are susceptible to interference. Things like microwaves and cable boxes can cause issues. Check the path between the receiver and the remote and clear any obstructions.
3. Replace the coin battery of the remote control if it has been used for a long time.

Amazing lights!
I purchased these lights as a part of the decorations for my fiancé’s 40th birthday party. I set them up along the wall behind our table and then added some string decorations to them and clipped photos of us all throughout with clothespins. It turned out awesome and these lights were necessary to make it look so great! We also kept these up for like a month afterward because they just looked so good, and they stayed on basically that entire time with no issues since they were plugged into the wall and not running off of a battery. They also have a ton of different animation and brightness settings. They just look magical.While setting everything up, a few of them got accidentally banged against the wall harder than I would have liked for them to and none of them ever ended up damaged.I highly recommend getting these for just about anything you want/need them for lol. They serve their purpose so well and are a great deal. The only con I would say these have is that they are EXTREMELY easy to tangle when unwinding, so TAKE YOUR TIME unwinding them out of the package or you will end up with a tangled wire mess than there is no coming back from lol.

Elegant and stunning
These lights are fantastic! I originally ordered 1 box and now have ordered 3 more for other windows. Everyone in the family commented on how nice they look – festive, but not overly Christmas-y. They are bigger and longer than I thought with the bulb at the end slightly larger than a golf ball. I have shutters so the hooks at the top were useless (they are very small), so I ended up taping the hooks to the top of the window frame which has worked great as they are not heavy. The same remote will work for all the strands, but they don’t connect together.

Beautiful festive dripping lights!
I bought these yesterday (came in one day, thanks Amazon!), and I wanted to share these are amazing! I have had dripping snowflake lights for years and I needed to replace a few (they don’t last forever). These are unique, well packaged, easy to unpack and set up. I actually like the USB plug b/c it allowed me to plug multiple into one USB plug (didn’t use the battery pack!). They’re lightweight and easy to adjust the length of each strand to create a nice curtain of sparkling festive fun. I’m very happy with my purchase, and I hope these will last me many years to come. I’ll most likely buy a few more after the holidays to keep for next year!

Beautiful, best option compared to other similar products
Have had these lights up for about 5 months and they are beautiful and no issues so far. Had ordered similar “lightbulb string lights) from 2 other companies and these were the only ones that were good (eg. One of the sets from a different company made an electrical buzzing sound when on… This one is silent!). Only downside is that I have to turn them on using the remote control every time; I had hoped that I could plug into an outlet with a switch and operate using the switch but that’s not possible. That being said, the company was never misleading about this.I saw other reviewers saying you can’t change the length of the strands; technically, the product is not designed to allow for this, but if you’re careful, you can remove the “screw in” part of the bulb, carefully unwind the wire with the lights on it from where it meets the bracket, and either pull more wire out (if you want a longer strand) or feed some wire into the clear “bulb” part if you want a shorter strand. Then re twist the wire around the bracket and re-attach the screw in part. The number of little lights within the bulb you modified will increase/decrease accordingly but not noticeable.Also – I didn’t struggle with the lights tangling when I was hanging them but that’s because I gently laid out the full length across bed first and was very careful when placing them over my hooks. I could see it becoming a nightmare if you just dive in so I would be patient and organize them right from the start 👍

The first pair I received didn’t work correctly, but they were so cute I gave them another chance this is the second pair that came in and they work great so far! I don’t use the battery feature I plugged them into the wall.
