Title: Excellent product!
Review: So far I have only had vanilla milkshake and fudge brownie. Both taste really good but the fudge brownie is my favorite. Its not overly sweet with a mild chocolate flavor. The vanilla milkshake is not overly sweet with a mild vanilla flavor. It mixes excellent with a wand mixer directly in my glass. I use this product bc it uses whole foods and I only eat whole foods so it’s perfect for me. It costs more than other protein mixes but it’s worth it to me for the fact that it’s made from whole foods. If you’re into protein powder this one is top notch! You won’t go wrong atleast for the vanilla milkshake and the fudge brownie.

Title: MRE in my opinion is the best Protein/MR on the market
Review: Love this meal replacement/protein powder. I use it when I have crazy work days when I don’t have time to eat lunch as well as using it after workouts. Most proteins or meal replacements either taste good but don’t have the affect you want or have the affect but taste awful but MRE both are great. I’ve used the Vanilla milkshake and Blueberry Cobbler and both taste amazing, provide all the nutrients/carbs/protein and is decently low in calories. Love this product and will continue using.

Title: thicc goodness and great shelf life
Review: good protein for the lactose intolerant. it is Amazing that it has a better shelf life when opened compared to whey based protein- which usually lasts a month or two. but this can last more than this. maybe in 3 or more depending on how much you use.it is too thicc to my taste for a 4 scoop 12 ounce bottle so it just feels like drinking oatmeal.DO NOT use for small cup blenders. it WILL break the motor. Its that too thicc. 1100W or more should suffice flavor is meh but tastes good 7/10. washing the bottle is easy and does not leave an foul odor like most whey and casine proteinstomachwise it is filling. since your drinking fats and protein instead of lactose and pure protein. So its great on the go.PSA if whey protein smells or tastes a tad rotten or sour, throw away immediately.

Title: Amazing for tracking macros
Review: Wow the MRE meal replacement line is AMAZING. Due to issues with my spleen I had to start eating healthier. I’ve gone through countless different shakes. Feeling too hungry having to figure out what I need to add to keep my macros balanced. IF YOU TRACK MACROS THIS IS PERFECT. I’m 5’8″ 230lb and 2 shakes is almost exactly 2/3 of my daily needs. Drink them over 1-2 hours (morning into snack and lunch into snack). And I’m full most the time. Balanced dinner and coffee around bed and with out in increase in activity I’ve dropped 50lbs in 6ish months.Pros1. Tastes amazing. Not just good for a shake. But wow this is really good.2. Mixes very well. Handheld shaker with ball and no clumps. The vortex rechargeable shaker mini blinder like thingy will mix 4 scoops. Just don’t move slow because towards the end it slows(mostly the thicker ones oatmeal chocolate chip and Dutch apple pie. Strawberry shortcake and blueberry cobbler are thinner and blend nicely)3. The flavors are SPOT on(strawberry shortcake. Apple pie. Blueberry cobbler and oatmeal CC are what I’ve had)4. Really about the best price I could find and it’s an amazing product. 2 shakes a day M-F and random ones on weekend or if I’m starving before bed and I get about 2 weeks out of it. Lunch $5/day M-F for 2 weeks is $50 covers lunch and bfast and better for me. Win win.Cons kind of.1. The lid does like it binds and makes me think it’s closed for it to drop a foot off the counter or worse the floor then it wastes some.2. Some get really think with 4 scoops and ice and my little ninja mixer is about 2oz of water shy of what it really needs. Bigger mixer or shaker and that goes away.3. Doesn’t rinse the easiest but use a sponge or bottle brush or you have a few specs of rolled oats that believe the sidewall of the cup is it’s proper place.4. Because the rolled oats there IS texture but far better than most but it’s not the gritty texture. Blender with ice will remove most of it. Strawberry shortcake and blueberry cobbler are thinner and had less texture and I just mix with waterFavorites1.blueberry cobbler2.strawberry shortcake3.dutch apple pie and oatmeal CCHave YET to try the others.Overall a product that will stay on auto order even once I get to my weight goal for the sheer ease of feeding myself during the workweek. Saving money and time and gas. Redcon thoroughly thank you for this. For someone who needed to do something for health reasons you made keeping my macros balanced so much easier with probably one of if not the best meal replacement shakes ive had. And the variety of flavors help with getting burnt out of the taste.

Title: My new go to MRE
Review: First of all, MRE tastes good. It doesn’t have that weird taste that most protein shakes have. It keeps me satisfied for the midday. The consistency is smooth – it does have a small amount of lumpiness but that’s to be expected because of the oats. Still, there is no chalkiness after drinking it. I often cough from the chalkiness but not with this one. Also a great value for the product quantity.

Title: Taste Great But Ingredients Suspect with Serious Flatulence
Review: The Blueberry tastes phenomenal! I tried the snickerdoodle in the MRE Lite and I did not like the taste which is exactly like a whey protein bar. Their are two problems I have with this product. One is the flatulence. MRE gives me serious gas. And, the smell from them is just heinous. Trust me, I eat very clean almost all the time. I am incredibly regular with a lot of organic greens, grass-fed organic meat, and low carbs for all my meals, so it’s not my diet. The second problem I have is with the animal derived protein. Redcon1 will not publish exactly which part of the animals they are using for protein which is very suspect. And, if you don’t know anything about the founder of Redcon, he just got out of jail for spiking products from his former supplement company Blackstone. I think I’ll stick to pea protein and gold standard whey. Nuff said.

Review: When I don’t have time for a meal, 2 scoops of this does the trick for me, however, do not depend on this as a food source, it’s only good to have when you really don’t have the time to eat/cook. Its preferably best to replace 1 meal in a day.

Review: i was expecting a flavor i couldnt deal with but it isnt bad atal even with water not bad atal i would recommend this to anyone i like the list of nutrients it has and it tastes pretty good easy to mix and drink without vomtting ill gladly buy this again
