Title: Great Neck Support
Review: I had one of these Tempur-Pedic pillows around 20-years ago and liked it, but switched to down pillows for some reason, and have been through many other types of pillows over the years. I have been waking up with neck pain and headaches for a long time. While the pillows I have feel comfortable when I go to sleep, they are not supportive while I sleep! Trying to save a few bucks, I ordered some other funky off-brand ergo pillow here, and it did not work for me. I ordered the medium Tempur-Pedic neck pillow, and it has done the trick! Neck is supported. No pain, no headaches. It just takes a minute or two when getting ready to sleep to get situated. I expect I will get that figured out. I’m just happy to wake up without my neck in knots!Before purchasing, I read many, many reviews. I saw a number of people complain that this pillow is “small”. When you put it next to a standard pillow, yes, it is! But really, how much pillow does your head need? This pillow has plenty of room to lay on your back and turn side to side. I also saw people complaining about not being able to fit a regular pillowcase on it. Why? It has a comfortable washable, removable case. If it doesn’t fit your decor, throw it in a closet during the day. Also yes, it is firm. But that is the point. The comfy mushy pillows won’t support your neck.I highly recommend this pillow vs. the knockoffs. It keeps your neck more stable and supported while you sleep.

Title: It is a bit firm, but it’s not rock hard like other reviews claim
Review: Pillow is indeed too hard on the first day or two, but softens after using it a couple days. To me, it now feels like a normal pillow that is just slightly firm, to a comfortable degree. I bought the size medium correctly following the measurement chart (6 in) but I would go for large next time. The pillow is relatively thin. The thinness makes me want to put my arm under the pillow to add height, as I sleep on my side.There are very few reputable brand options for this shape of pillow. In my opinion, the reviews for this are too negative. This is a valid option worth considering, especially considering most other pillows in this shape are cheap and not from established brands. I will give 5 stars to compensate, but my actual rating would be a 4.5.I would guess the negative reviews are from people upset at the firmness in the first few nights, and not waiting for it to soften up. I will add, the full price is a bit expensive for what this is. At the thirty or so percent off I got it, I consider it a good purchase. But at full price, generic pillows are also a valid option, especially considering you ought to be replacing your pillow every so often.

Title: Bad Pillow and even worst Amazon customer service
Review: I purchased this pillow a month and 10 days ago.The pillow isn’t really comfy, but it says it’s good for your neck so I figured will be some “getting used to” period, but month later still going through it.A month into it I decided to wash the outside cover and notice some black specs in between the sealed protective case and the foam, so I when to Amazon exchange/return and was directed to Tempur-Pedic website and 888 number, which I did.After days of emails back and forth they told me that because I purchased it from Amazon I have to get in touch with Amazon, and because Amazon is third party ( which I made sure to purchase from Tempur-Pedic store on Amazon) the 5 year warranty is voided.So now this emailing back and forth put me out of my exchange/return period and Amazon “can’t do anything for me”.This purchase left me very frustrated, disappointed and very confused as I did as directed. The misinformation about this store and their products is at every step of the way.It feel like when you tried to do something good for yourself ( “healthy/quality” pillow at a high price), you are been taking advantage of.

Title: Quality and cleanliness as expected
Review: Love this pillow. It arrived completely sealed in plastic, which was a relief – i was really worried it would have been pre-used. The firmness is just right- i have a super firm temperpedic and it is too hard. This one is supportive but doesn’t hurt my ears when side sleeping. Another concern was odor-it wasn’t enough to bother me at all. But there is the slightest smell, really light and not bad in any way. The sizes are confusing, i wanted a high ht but not too long – i got the medium, and this suits me alright. Highly recommend if good neck support us needed to avoid headaches – otherwise the price is just nuts.

Title: Not as good as it used to be
Review: I have a side-sleeper Tempur-Pedic pillow that I bought about 15 years ago that I was hoping to replace. Honestly, the Tempur-Pedic memory foam is the absolute best, without question. It still works fine, but is simply getting discolored from use over the past 15 years. I looked for the same pillow design as I had before, but apparently they don’t make it anymore. If I’m wrong, please let me know. I broke my neck a number of years ago, and it’s neck comfort is very important to me when I sleep, or I suffer for days afterwards. The old pillow design that I have, has an indention in the middle of the thicker part so that your neck fits into it when you sleep on your side, and it still supports your head. This design is too thick with no dimple, and hurt my neck so badly after one night I returned it and went back to my old pillow. The memory foam is firm (which is good); but without the dimple, it tilts your head up a bit when you sleep on your side…giving you a terribly uncomfortable sleeping position. I have no idea why they decided to make this change, but I don’t know how anyone with neck problems who sleeps on their side could stand it.

Review: I’ve used this pillow for a few months now. It took a few nights to get used to but it’s really worthwhile. I used to sleep on feather pillows and it always gave me neck or shoulder ache.This pillow is very nicely supportive. It’s quite firm so you’ll need to get used to it. There are two neck heights! As a short, petite person, I use the side with the shorter neck height with no problem.I’m a mostly back and sometimes side sleeper. Sleeping on the side is a little bit awkward because your arm can’t really go under the pillow easily. But I don’t consider it a deal breaker.

Review: I have been using tempur pillows for 20 years. I was totally disappointed in this one. Not the same material I am used to. Just too hard, and too high even though i respected the calculation for the size. the quality is not what it used to be. The foam does not give in and I had a headache from compression in less than 5 minutes. I am glad I could return to product without a fuss. Now i am on a quest to find a good pillow again!
