Title: No taste or weird texture
Review: This fiber supplement was recommended by our holistic doctor. It’s non GMO and has no sketchy ingredients.You can easily add it to a smoothie or shake. It doesn’t have a taste that we’ve noticed. It mixes well and doesn’t have a weird texture.Most importantly, it helps with digestive health. It helps keep us “regular”.Great quality and value for the money. Use daily for best/consistent results.

Title: Gently works, dietician recommended, tasteless!!
Review: This product is highly recommended. I usually go (#2) once every week (my normal). This product has made me regular after continued daily use. I have taken this every day, once a day for almost a month. Normally I’m constipated with most fiber solutions. This product mixes extremely well, and is tasteless to me. Other fiber products work for a couple days and then I’m constipated. I was recommended to try this from my dietician. I’m so very grateful I found something to FINALLY work. This is a great price compared to other brands. It’s very gentle for me. I don’t get bad cramps. Highly recommend.

Title: Good quality
Review: This is a good fiber. It doesn’t get gummy and has zero flavor. I mix it in my yogurt in the morning and you cannot tell that it’s in there, it doesn’t change the taste or texture. A very easy way to get more fiber in!

Title: Could be tastier to be more enticing
Review: This dissolves well in water but somehow I do taste a hint of something (something not too tasty). I wish they were more flavorable as I am not tempted to take this on a daily basis. I will buy some flavor packs to add to the mix. As far as what it does, it does do what it says – works well for symptoms and those who are on the Low FODMAP diet. I’m just not sure I would buy it again since it is not that enticing. Others may disagree, but for me, just ‘eh.

Title: Not the results expected
Review: The pros it’s easy to take as far as texture and taste which is great. In my situation and each individual is different it did not help. I feel more constipated and wish I had done further research based on my needs prior to purchasing as for me price is a factor.
