What Is Therapeutic Yoga?

It is basically a gentle and healing form of yoga that uses various postures, meditation, and Pranayama to solve different body issues.   Unlike general yoga forms and styles, therapeutic yoga is a more customized form of yoga, which addresses specific illnesses.   • Sudarshan Kriya is another breathing modality which is used to relieve one from stress and anxiety. This rhythmic breathing technique brings complete harmony to the body and emotions. This breathing technique helps one to reach a meditative state of mind, as well.
