Review: Two months ago, I started taking this product to lower my A1c and lose a couple of pounds. I am a woman over 60 and losing weight is not easy. I take it mostly every day and I am very happy with the results. I have more energy, my bowel movements are very satisfying, and I’ve lost 4 pounds and some inches! I think it’s important to note that I am pretty active, have a decent diet and I go to the gym at least three times a week. I go to the doctor next month and I hoping good results show up in my blood tests as well. I would recommend this product!

Title: Great size for sugar-free and taste like the regular
Review: My husband is a type II diabetic therefore he has to watch his sugar intake. He tried this and says to him it tastes the same as the other Metamucil. It also works the same and helps with his digestive health. It’s a really good size which will last him at least 5 weeks and that is with him using 2 tablespoons per day. For the price paid its a good deal.
