Title: Great seal and just like a regular fish oil gel pill
Review: When ordering supplements online, I take the seal very seriously (quality control and tamper-proof). The outside cap and thinner seal were strong and well attached. I also check the contents for defects. There were no clumping gets and all were free slowing. Mine expire in well over a year in 2026 so I am very happy with the purchase.Vegan supplement: there are articles that make it unclear if DHA is beneficial (could be but may have some neutral or potentially negative impact for some). I like this because it has no DHA but also high Omega-3s per pill. I was buying the vegan gummy versions but the amount of Omega-3s in them was too low (yes, I like to make my vitamins fun).Recommend!

Title: Good product but these pills are TOO BIG
Review: I enjoy this product a lot and I do think it has helped my health improve, however swallowing these is EXTREMELY difficult. These are really big and you need to take two of them. Every time I need to take them I have anxiety that I will choke – I am not joking! I feel like they barely get down my throat. See other vitamin pills for size reference.These are the yellow translucent ones. I wish these came in a smaller size.

Title: Great Product
Review: So happy to find a vegan source of omegas! So important for health, but not always easy to get if you don’t eat fish. Someone asked in the questions if these could be opened – absolutely. I have swallowing issues and have to be very careful when eating or taking anything. I just bite down on these and then toss out the covering. The oil tastes mainly of flax oil – mild and not unpleasant. Plus, these are easily digestible – unlike my past experience with fish oil, which never sat right and tended to be burped up.
