6-6-6 Walking Rule : स्वस्थ जीवनशैली की चाहत में लोग तरह-तरह के फिटनेस ट्रेंड्स अपनाते हैं. ऐसा ही एक नया ट्रेंड है 6-6-6 वॉकिंग रूल, जो तेजी से सोशल मीडिया और हेल्थ कम्युनिटी में फैल रहा है. लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं ये नियम है क्या? इसके फायदे क्या हैं और क्या इसके कोई नुकसान भी हो सकते हैं? चलिए आइए जानते हैं इस बारे में विस्तार से-

क्या है 6-6-6 वॉकिंग रूल?

6-6-6 वॉकिंग रूल का मतलब है, सुबह 6 बजे उठना, 6 किलोमीटर चलना और इसे सप्ताह में 6 दिन फॉलो करना और सिर्फ 1 ही आराम करना है. 

क्या हैं 6-6-6 वॉकिंग रूल के फायदे?

वजन होगा कम – रोजाना 6 किमी तेज वॉक करने से कैलोरी बर्न होती है और मेटाबॉलिज्म बढ़ता है, जिससे वजन तेजी से कम होता है.

दिल और लंग्स को मजबूती – वॉकिंग एक कार्डियो एक्सरसाइज है, जो दिल की कार्यक्षमता को बढ़ाती है और फेफड़ों को मजबूत बनाती है.

डायबिटीज और ब्लड प्रेशर करे कंट्रोल – नियमित वॉक ब्लड शुगर लेवल को कंट्रोल करती है और हाई ब्लड प्रेशर को कम करने में भी मददगार साबित हो सकती है.

मेंटल हेल्थ को करे बेहतर – सुबह की ताजी हवा, सूरज की रोशनी और शारीरिक हलचल से तनाव, चिंता और डिप्रेशन कम हो सकता है.

6-6-6 वॉकिंग रूल के नुकसान क्या हैं?

ओवरएक्सरसाइज का खतरा – हर किसी की फिटनेस लेवल एक जैसी नहीं होती. हर दिन 6 किमी वॉक शुरुआती लोगों के लिए थकाऊ और हानिकारक हो सकता है.

घुटनों या जोड़ों में दर्द – बार-बार एक ही रूटीन और ज़्यादा चलने से घुटनों या एंकल में दर्द हो सकता है, खासकर अगर चलने का तरीका या फुटवियर ठीक न हो.

जिनका फिटनेस लेवल ठीक-ठाक है, उन्हें इस रूल को फॉलो करना चाहिए. वहीं, जिनका वजन सामान्य से थोड़ा ज्यादा है, उन लोगों के लिए इस रूल को फॉलो करने से काफी फायदा होता है.

अगर आप वॉकिंग को एंजॉय करते हैं, तो इसे फॉलो कर सकते हैं. वहीं, अगर आपके पास हर दिन सुबह समय होता है, तो यह रूल फॉलो करने से आपको काफी फायदे हो सकते हैं.

किसे परहेज करना चाहिए?

अगर आपको घुटनों से जुड़ी किसी तरह की परेशानी है, तो इस रूल को फॉलो न करें. इसके अलावा जो लोग दिल की बीमारी से जूझ रहे हैं, उन्हें भी डॉक्टर की सलाह के ही इस रूल को फॉलो करना चाहिए. इसके अलावा बुजुर्ग या बहुत अधिक वजन वाले लोग इसकी शुरुआत धीरे-धीरे करें.
